4 Cups flour
3 Tbs sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1 Tbs Chai Baking Blend Spice
3/4 Cup cold butter (no substitutes
1 egg (separated)
1 3/4 Cup heavy cream
2 Cups white chocolate chips
Cinnamon & sugar for topping
Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl. Cut the butter into the flour mixture until crumbly. Whisk egg yolk with cream and add to dry ingredients just until moistened. Stir in the white chocolate chips. Turn onto a floured surface and knead 5-10 times. Divide the dough in half. Pat each portion into a circle. Cut each circle into 8 wedges. Separate the wedges so there is space between them and place on a baking sheet. Beat egg white and brush over dough. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Enjoy
