Italian Herb Croutons

6 slices fresh or day old bread (bagels)

1/2 Cup Italian Herb Olive Oil

1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt

1/2 tsp Pennsylvania Pepper


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Cut the bread into 1 inch cubes, place them in a large bowl, and toss with the other ingredients.  When bread is evenly coated, place the cubes on a rimmed baking tray on the middle rack of the oven.  Bake for 25 minutes, stirring a couple times to ensure even browning.  They will keep in an airtight container for one week.
