Orange Cranberry Coffee Cake


2 cups flour

1 cup sugar

1 1/2 tsp baking powder                              Cream Cheese

1/2 tsp baking soda                                1- 8 oz  package cream cheese

1 large egg                                                1/3 cup sugar

1 Tbsp grated orange zest                        1 large egg                                                                              

3/4 cup orange juice                                 1 tsp vanilla   

3 Tbsp Blood Orange Olive Oil               

1 tsp vanilla extract                                            Topping

1 cup dried cranberries                               3/4 cup flour        

                                                                    1/2 cup sugar

                                                                    1/2 cup cold butter, cubed                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        


 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Whisk the first four ingredients.  In another bowl, whisk egg, orange zest, or juice, oil, and vanilla until blended.  Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened.  Fold in cranberries.  Transfer to a greased 9 in springform pan.  For cream cheese layer, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.  Add egg and vanilla; beat on low speed just until blended.  Spread over batter.  Finally, mix crumb topping; cut in  butter until crumbly.  Sprinkle over top.  Place pan on a baking sheet.  Bake 70 - 75 minutes.  Cool 15 min. before removing sides of pan.  Drizzle with Raspberry Cranberry Dark Balsamic to serve. Refrigerate leftovers.
