1/3 cup molasses Clove Olive Oil
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1/3 cup mosasses
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 cup sugar for rolling
Mix oil, sugar and egg until smooth. Stir in molasses. Combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger. Blend into molasses mixture. Cover and chill for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Roll dough into walnut size balls. Roll in sugar. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 7 - 9 minutes or until tops crack.
