Balsamic Cream


1 1/2 cups whipping or heavy cream

1/2 cup Flavored Balsamic Vinegar

14 oz can sweetened condensed milk

Beat the whipping cream until stiff.  Hand stir in the Flavored Balsamic  and sweetened condensed milk.  

Use this cream in mini pie shells or fillo shells and top with fresh fruit.  Keep refrigerated until served.
