2 lbs London Broil

2 Tbsp Espresso Rub

2 Tbsp Smoked Olive Oil

Coat the London Broil with Smoked Olive Oil.  Place meat in a ziploc bag and coat each side with Espresso Rub.  Rub the seasoning into the meat making sure both sides are coated.  Marinate in the refrigerator overnight.  Broil in the top of the oven just until a dark crust begins to form usually between 5 to 7 minutes.  Flip you London Broil over, cover with foil and broil on a lower shelf until the meat reaches a temp between 150 to 170 degrees depending on how much pink you like.  Let the meat rest for 10 minutes and carve.  You should try to cut the meat on a diagonal across grain.
