Orange Oatmeal Bar Cookies

1/2 C Blood Orange Olive Oil (scant)

1/2 C brown sugar

1/2 C white sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

1 1/2 C flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

3/4 C rolled oats

1 C chocolate chips

nuts are optional

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Cream together oil, sugars, eggs, and vanilla.  Add dry ingredients and stir until mixed well.  Add chocolate chips and nuts if you choose.  Press into a small sheet pan (we used a 9x12x1 inch).  Bake at 350 for 16-18 minutes.  Cool and enjoy
