Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Grease 8X8 inch pan and line it with parchment paper.  Whisk together Butter olive oil and sugar in a large bowl until well combined.  Add the egg and vanilla, continue to whisk together.  Mix in the salt, flour, and baking powder until just combined with a wooden spoon or rubber spatula.  Don't over mix.  Gently fold in the blueberries, white chocolate and macadamia nuts.  Pour into the prepared baking pan.  Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 20 minutes.  Cool completely on a cooling rack.  Cut into small squares.   Makes about 16 bars.
